Gustavo Melo - Brasil

The plants of Adansonia are growing up very fine. They are with in 30 cm tall. Now, they stop to grow. I think that is very strange, because I placed some organic and chemical seasoning and they donīt grow up more. The weather here is hot and rains well. Strange. They stoped!  The native plants donīt stop to grow up if have organic and chemical seasoning. A few days ago, I needed to change one plant and I saw in the root a swell. Itīs the reserve to the plant will need to survive for the dry season, isnīt it?
Note: The "swelling" is the so called cadux, and is sort of a water storage organ. - Zoe
